Hear It Wild, Wear It Wild, Bake It Wild, Make It Wild – Fundraiser for WWF: Thursday 12th October between 11:30am - 2:00pm
Interested in climate change and the
causes of nature’s decline?
Come along and listen to WWF’s
Environmental Manager, Lauren Wiseman, give a presentation on sustainability
and talk about how individuals can make more sustainable choices in their
everyday lives. The presentation, followed by various activities, is taking
place in MG-6 6K on Thursday 12 October from 11.30-12.25pm. You are able
to attend in person or virtually.
WWF are the leading global environmental
charity, bringing our world back to life. With nature in freefall, they’re
urgently tackling the underlying causes that are driving the decline and
finding solutions so future generations have a world with thriving habitats and
wildlife. It’s a huge challenge, but if we all act together, there is hope!
Wear animal inspired clothes for a day
to raise funds to support this worthy cause, suggested donation £2 p/p. For all
you keen bakers there will be an animal themed cake bake sale and a chance to
make some felt animals.
