300,000 Mindful Steps in 30 days

Michael found it really helpful to set himself a step target as a way of focussing on what he could do, rather than what he couldn’t. So much so, that even at times when he was unwell, confined to a tiny hospital room for a week, he would set himself this challenge.
With that at the forefront of our minds, Simon and I are going to be getting up a little bit earlier, and doing what Michael would have done, making every step count. Wendy and Ian are going to take part too which is great.
