30 Day Mind & Body Challenge

I have created this charity challenge, as we all know the benefits of focusing on our health and mindset is positive, but doing this alone, can be tough.
We can all be guilty of getting in our own heads and putting things off. We can all have tough days, when we convince ourselves to lie in and press snooze rather that keeping going. We are all incredibly and fall into the trap of never stopping and doing more.
Yet, when we COMMIT to a challenge which we KNOW will help others we will go that extra mile. And when we do so alongside a like-minded community, we draw support and inspiration from others. This daily accountability will make the difference, and will exponentially increase our chances of success.
I have decided to partner with 2 amazing charities.
- Mind in Mid Herts – November is mens mental health awareness month which is such a big challenge for so many men. Reaching out, talking and accessing support has an incredible impact and Mind in Mid Herts Play provide such practical support
- Stand be me – Losing your parents in childhood is unthinkable. This can change the life of a child for ever. This is exactly what happened to one of my clients (Guy Skinner) and I have learnt through Guy about the fantastic work that this charity does to help other children who go through the same
During the month of November we will be.
#1 Fitness – Completing 100 press up’s or sit up’s every single day
#2 Mindset – Dedicating 10 mins a day to work on our mindset. This could include mediation, goal setting, visualisation, breathwork or reading a mindset book
