Lennox Children's Cancer Fund - Making a positive difference to the lives of children with cancer

Each Year we sadly have to say our last goodbye to around 240 children (0-14 years) who die from cancer. This is so sad but happily most children who are diagnosed with cancer survive and go on to live long and happy lives.

Lennox Children's Cancer Fund support all children with cancer and their families not matter what their circumstances. We do this by providing a number of services including emotional support, hardship and care grants and respite holiday breaks.

This September is Children's Cancer Awareness Month and I wanted to not only raise money for this amazing charity, to ensure they can continue the wonderful work that they do, but to also celebrate the lives of the 240 children who have lost their brave fight by running a mile for each and everyone one of them during September meaning I will run 240 miles in 30 days between the 01st September and 30th September.
