Fred and Emily - Henley Half Marathon
Emily and I will be running the Henley Half Marathon on Sunday 20th October in memory of Michael, and in support of the four amazing charities the 30 for 30 campaign is raising money for.
We chose the Henley Half Marathon as it is one of the many events Michael took on and completed during his life. We will take inspiration from his dedication and commitment to everything he did, when taking on this challenge.
I know that Michael would be encouraging and inspiring us to train hard to complete the race, as if he was doing it alongside us.
The 30 for 30 Campaign is already raising an incredible amount of money, so let’s continue to raise as much as we possibly can in memory of a truly special person.

Fred and Emily absolutely smashed it!! In torrential rain they smiled the whole way through and raised a phenomenal amount for the campaign. Congratulations to them both and many thanks to everyone who so kindly sponsored them. x
