Richard Milkins is running the TCS London Marathon 2023

This time, it's my turn!!

After watching Sophie successfully complete the London Marathon in 2022, I was inspired to enter the ballot myself. We must be the luckiest house ever (or unluckiest depending on how you look at it), because I got a ballot place on the first time of trying. I was instantly filled with feelings of excitement and trepidation and the thought of the mammoth task ahead of me. #

For such toil, it only seems right that I raise some money for 2 charities that are very close to our hearts. 

As many of you know, 2 of my sons, Rhys and Alex, are Autistic. They both attend branches of Portfield School. Rhys in the main school in Haverforwest, and Alex in the specialist preschool in Pennar. I am excited to be able to raise money for Portfield and help them to continue to do the phenomenal work they do in our community. 

I am also raising money for the National Autistic Society, so your donations will help on a national level.
