Your donation to TCS 2025 London Marathon

Hello, everyone! Thank you for visiting my page. My name is Laura, and I am thrilled to be participating in the 2025 TCS London Marathon in April. I have taken on this challenge to raise funds for #TeamBowelCancer. This organisation is very close to my heart as sadly my granddad passed away from Bowel Cancer when I was little. He was an amazing man and I love hearing stories about all his achievements in life, I just wish he was here to tell me himself. I have set myself the challenge of running the London marathon this year to honour his memory and contribute to the ongoing efforts to support patients and their loved ones, and advance research in the field of bowel cancer.

Challenge:

The Goal: I am aiming to raise £500 for Bowel Cancer UK. Every single donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by bowel cancer. Your contribution will go towards supporting patients and their families, funding life-saving research, and raising awareness to ensure that no one faces this disease alone. If you can donate anything from £1 to this amazing charity, then you too will have contributed to this life saving cause.

The Charity:

Bowel Cancer UK is the UK's leading bowel cancer charity. The charity provides crucial support to those affected by bowel cancer, offering practical advice, emotional support, and campaigning for better prevention, treatment, and care. They tirelessly work towards raising awareness of the disease, promoting early detection, and funding vital research projects that bring us closer to finding a cure.Bowel cancer is one of the most common cancers in the UK with 1 in 15 UK males and 1 in 18 UK females being diagnosed with Bowel Cancer in their lifetime. Your support will help stop people dying of bowel cancer by funding vital services and lifesaving research. Please consider supporting my cause by donating to this page. Your generosity will provide hope and support to countless individuals and families affected by bowel cancer.Together, we can make a difference in the fight against bowel cancer!
