Your donation to Lyd Wal's Round Sheffield Run for Em10

2024 is the year my oldest friends celebrates being 10 years cancer free! At 17 she was diagnosed with one of the rarest forms of bone cancer - Ewing's Sarcoma.

Like the superwoman she is, from being told she may never walk again - this year she is pushing herself to complete 10 incredible events from a Netball tournament to the Belvoir Castle Triathlon. The goal is to raise £10,000 for charities that helped her and continue to do so for so many! Such as the Little Princess Trust, Teenage Cancer Trust, Make-A-Wish, Bone Cancer Research Trust, Young Lives vs Cancer, Cancer Research UK, Ward 94 (St James Hospital, Leeds) and The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham.

Like so many others who love and adore Em and are getting involved with her challenge, I will be doing my bit for Em10 by running the 24.5km route Round Sheffield Run!

I would be so so grateful for any donation you can make to support this cause which means so much. Instead of donating money there is also an ongoing blood/platelet drive as part of Em10 which you can also take part in! Just take a picture whilst there and tag Em10 in the picture on Instagram (@em10_cic) using the hashtag #Em10 (or alternatively email to evheald@heald.uk.com). Find your nearest blood donation centre here or platelet centre here.

I encourage you to read more about our Em's story, her reasons for supporting these specific charities and all of the Em10 events (open to everyone) here

Thank you so much, forever grateful for the love and support we can give to our girl xxxx
