If you can I am asking that you help support not just one but 3 incredible charities, Dementia UK Home - Dementia UK, Tommy's Saving babies' lives | Tommy's | The pregnancy and baby charity and Refuge Refuge, the largest UK domestic abuse organisation for women whilst also knowing that on the 6th April 2025 there will be a spectacle that might just defy the laws of physics.

Picture this: a 48 year old perimenopausal mum who is slightly more 'well-rounded' than your average marathon runner, attempting to keep pace with her energetic 20-year-old rugby playing daughter in a half marathon. Yes, that's right- even though I said 3 and half years ago I would never run a distance race again - I'm aiming to conquer 13.1 miles in just 2.5 hours. Ambitious? Absolutely. Possible? Well' lets just say I'm trying to stay optimistic!

As I lace up my trainers, I'm seeking you support to make this endeavor worthwhile. Your sponsorship will not only motivate me to keep up with my daughter but will also contribute to the vital work of Refuge, Tommy's and Dementia UK.
