Our
challenge is for every team member. So this summer, take around 10,000 steps a
day for four months.
Steps
to get fit. Steps to lose weight. And steps to raise funds for Rowland Hill
Fund and British Heart Foundation.
From 1 July, we are going to be taking steps for our body. One
million of them over four months - that's about 10,000 steps a day. The challenge
is to step into our local area, at our own pace.
However, you do it, you'll end up feeling great thanks to the
improved mood that comes with more movement. And to top it off, the funds we raise will change the lives of people.
